So in retrospect I would recommend that you actually sell your house before you quit your job. Yeah, I know… it’s a no brainer… but I got no brains ha ha!
In 2012, after 25 years in the HVAC industry, and 16 years as a single dad, I decided to retire (at 48) and move to the Philippines. I moved over here on Valentine’s Day 2013.
